Reservations (417) 533-7337 Reservations do require a deposit and you will be informed of the amount of the required deposit at the time you make your reservation. In most cases, the deposit will equal full payment on float equipment, rental tents and horseback riding. Deposit may be made by credit card or mail. Mailed payment must be received within 5 days of the phone reservation and a minimum of 7 days prior to the planned date of arrival. All refunds for cancellations require 7-day notification. Less than 7 full days and the deposit will be forfeited.
Rates are subject to change without notice. Group rates are available. Scout and church group rates are available with tax ID number.
Camping Registration / Check In Policy Please plan to arrive and register between the hours of 1:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
All camp set-up must be completed by 10:00 PM so as not to disturb sleeping campers. Besides, Redbeard really needs his beauty rest. Exceptions may be made for lost travelers and roadside emergencies ... with notification.
Rainy Weather Policy Weather conditions or high water may result in delay or cancellation of float trips or trail rides. Refunds will be issued only if such conditions persist past noon. Refunds will only be issued to those guests who are present at Redbeard's Ranch. If state officials or the management determine that river levels are beyond safe floating standards of use or the campground itself is under water, a refund will be issued. Camping fees are not subject to cancellation, refund or rain check simply due to inclement weather. Please note that rainy weather in other areas of the state generally will not impact your planned float trip on the Niangua River.
